Personal Mentoring – Where the Rubber Meets the Road

For one year Jay will become your personal stewardship coach guiding you to effectively and successfully integrate these stewardship principles and practices into your personal and professional life.

Personal mentoring by Jay is by application only and all SM training must be completed prior to entering into the personal mentoring relationship.

Family Wealth Counseling Personal Mentoring Program Level 3

• You will have unlimited phone/email/text access to Jay for coaching and mentoring on any aspect of your practice or case you are working on during regular business hours
• You will be able to participate in the monthly group conference calls
• You will be able to attend our case planning days (when MSP plans are being designed)
• You will have access to all Jay’s updated and new resources
• You will be a member of the FWC national network
• Jay will conduct one by-invitation-only private briefing for your current or potential clients
  − minimum six households in attendance
  − Jay’s travel expenses will be the responsibility of the advisor
• Jay will personally conduct an all day Bridging the Gap Training workshop for ministries or attend and critique your doing the workshop/or he will attend your BtG presentation and critique your presentation
  − Minimum 10 ministries in attendance
  − Jay’s travel expenses will be the responsibility of the advisor
• 25% discount on all Jay’s books
